Super rich, indulgent and gooey in texture make the perfect chocolate cookies.

These free from Triple Chocolate Cookies are the ultimate sweet treat which will fix your chocolate cravings for sure!

Ingredients

  • 200g DF Butter
  • 300g Caster Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 275g GF Self-Raising Flour (Sifted)
  • 75g Cocoa Powder (Sifted)
  • Dash of DF Milk (I use Oat Milk)
  • 200g DF Chocolate Chunks (I use Bournville or Moo Free)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line two baking trays with non-stick paper.

Whisk the butter and sugar together until creamy.

Add in the egg and continue to whisk until all the ingredients are combined.

Slowly add in the flour and cocoa powder. Mix until combined. If the mixture appears stiff, add in a dash of milk.

Next, add in the chocolate chunks of your choice.

Scoop large tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking trays, leaving enough space between each one. The mixture should make 7-8 large cookies.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Leave the cookies to cool before eating.

I look forward to seeing your creations!
