Calling all coconut lovers out there, this one is for you!

Made from just 3 ingredients and no baking involved, you can recreate the traditional bounty Bar in minutes.

These creamy coconut sweet treats are free from gluten, wheat, dairy and are suitable for vegans too!

Ingredients

  • 250g Desiccated Coconut
  • 200g Coconut Condensed Milk (I use Nature’s Charm)
  • 100g Dark Chocolate

Instructions

Line a baking tray with non-stick paper.

In a large bowl, mix the desiccated coconut and coconut condensed milk.

Once the mixture is combined, pour into the baking tray.

Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle all over the mixture.

Place the mixture in the fridge and leave to chill for several hours.

Once the mixture has set, remove from the fridge and cut into small bars.
